General Rental Terms & Conditions
Applicable to all vehicle rentals and transport services contracted with Carrental.ma in Morocco.
1. Driver Qualifications & Documents
The main driver and any additional authorized drivers must be at least 21 years old (23 to 25 years old for SUV and premium categories) and hold a valid driving license for at least 2 full years. A valid passport or national identity card must be presented upon vehicle handover.
2. Security Deposit (Caution)
A security deposit ranging from 5,000 MAD to 10,000 MAD (depending on the vehicle class) is required prior to vehicle delivery. The deposit is held via a credit card pre-authorization (imprint). The pre-authorization is cancelled upon the safe return of the vehicle in the same mechanical and cosmetic condition.
3. Unlimited Mileage Policy
All our car rentals include 100% unlimited mileage within the borders of the Kingdom of Morocco. You may travel freely between all Moroccan cities without any per-kilometre charges.
4. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are supplied with a designated fuel level and must be returned with the same quantity. If returned with less fuel, the difference will be billed at standard local pump prices.
5. Airport Handover & Return
Delivery and restitution at Marrakech-Menara Airport (RAK) is completely free of charge. Our agents meet you directly in the arrivals hall with a name sign, 24/7.
6. Free Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. No penalty will be applied.
